AFTER a cliffhanger semi-final, second seed Francisco "Paco" Collantes bagged the November title in the Tenpin Masters Challenge (TMC) Season Four Shoot-Out Finale at Lopue's East Bowling Center in
Bacolod City.
Collantes nailed OJ Lopue, 211-188 in the championship shoot-out. He had 18 pins handicap each game and averages 201.
For the second runner-up match, Boyet Bullos bulldozed Raymund Livioco, 192-173.
In the crossover semi-finals, both pairs of top seed Bullos against fourth seed OJ Lopue and second seed Collantes against third seed Livioco were tied after 10 frames with 209 and 182 apiece.
Lopue and Collantes came out the victors after two extra frames.
Completing the players in the top 15 Masters were Paul Pacis, Russel Lo, Richel Gumban, Joemil Villarosa, Virgilio Arcolas, Jasper Quimanhan, Herman Santos, Gildo Ang, Helson Rosales, Hector Jamiana, and Toto Ong.
Collantes joined the elite tenpinners this season of Larnie Vencer, Dwight Somcio, Quimanhan, and Jun Pamatian.
Meanwhile, the Monthly Hilit-Hilit King of the Lanes winner for November was Lito Masculino who outscored top qualifier Reymund Severino in the final match.
Other kings of the lanes are Livioco, Albert Solidarius, and Pamatian.
There will be no monthly TMC and Hilit-Hilit King of the Lanes games this month, but the Last Hurrah for December is set on Dec. 19 with a five-game series.
