COMEDIAN Joy Viado passed away on Saturday, September 10, due to heart attack.
In a dzMM interview with Viado's son, Joseph Christopher, early morning of Sunday, he said that his mother had trouble breathing after coming home from a friend.
She was then brought to Quezon City General Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 8:55 p.m.
Last year, the comedian was hospitalized due to diabetes and other complications. She pleaded help from colleagues from the entertainment industry.
Viado was part of television shows "Got To Believe," "Wako Wako," "Luv U" and hit movies such as "Desperadas 2," "Petrang Kabayo," "Sisterakas," "Four Sisters and a Wedding," and "Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy." (Sunnex)
