A COUNCILOR of Victorias City in Negros Occidental sustained minor injuries after he was sideswiped by a Ceres Liner bus at Osmeña Street in the said city on Tuesday.
Superintendent German Garbosa, chief of Victorias City Police Station, said Councilor Donny Galinato was hit while crossing the street at noon, and is still confined at the hospital.
Garbosa said the bus driver is still detained while waiting for a negotiation.
