THE growth of design-and build concepts in construction paved the way for both Adrian Tan and Benedict Yee.
ArchiTan Design and Build started after two young professionals took the opportunity to redefine the conventional architecture.
Tan and Yee, both architect and engineer by profession decided to collaborate their skills to create efficient architectural designs.
“We focus on smart design solutions, we build the simplest and most efficient projects,” Tan said.
What started as a backyard business catering only to friends and families grew to a much larger scale.
The two focused on creating buildings that encompass the traditional concept in residential and commercial spaces. For them, building structures requires more than aesthetics and design.
“The thrust of our company is to exude elegance and simplicity. As much as possible we try to maximize the space to rule out its efficiency,” he said.
The company has been awarded high-profile projects which include the Euro Towers, Remington Premier Land Incorporated, Manila Grand Residences and Manila Executive Regency, among others.
Apart from constructing quality projects, Tan said having a good customer service is the key to opening more opportunities.
“It really pays to adapt to our customers unique tastes when it comes to style. Of course, we always include a pinch of our principles to everything we build,” Tan said.
Of the various approaches to making buildings, Yee also said the challenges they constantly face.
“It takes a big team to complete a successful project. With so many people involved, from architect to carpenters and construction staff, it is important to know how your project will be coordinated,” Yee said.
He added the goal of the company is to transform their client's ideas into creations and bring their imaginations into reality.
“With ArchiTan Build and Design, we only want what’s best for our customers. In terms of structure and design, we always deliver the best,” Yee added.
