ANOTHER cross examination is set for another witness of the Richard King murder this February 6, 2016.
Regional Trial Court Branch 16 Judge Emmanuel Carpio has scheduled the cross examination of the witness Julius Buot who claimed that he was the one initially asked by former Davao Regional Intelligence Unit Leonardo Felonia to kill King.
Buot is the second witness presented by the prosecution. The first was Boboy Roldan, a Vital-C Nurse, and food preparation in-charge of the event where the murder took place.
The court previously conducted an ocular inspection at the Vital-C Building along Sobrecarey Street, in Barrio Obrero Davao City, to verify Roldan’s testimony and recollection of events.
Roldan during the ocular described how he saw Paul Dave Labang, the gunman shoot King.
The incident took place last June 12, 2014, wherein Labang, and Rommel and Rodel dela Cerna, in their extra-judicial confession said that it was Felonia who ordered them to kill King.
