SOME 20 additional house units of the Damosa Fairlane, a boutique residential community of the homegrown property developer, Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) are eyed to be sold out by January next year.
DLI vice president Ricardo Floirendo-Lagdameo said that the target will be realized if they can complete all necessary regulatory permits form the Davao City Government before yearend.
“We are going to the regulatory approvals, but once we get the necessary permits from the city then we are going full blast in developing and selling,” Lagdameo said.
The residential project, which was launched mid-2012 and has completed land development in 2014, has around 220 units.
With the residential community’s one hectare expansion project, which was launched early last year, an additional 22 units are to be constructed.
“The expansion is about a hectare on top of the existing nearly eight-hectare property, we are leasing about 18 to 20 lots to the public,” Lagdameo said.
Lagdameo said that of the 20 additional units, half of the figure already has commitments or Letter of Intent.
Last year, the company has turned over about 70 homes and more than half of the homeowners have already moved in.
Lagdameo added that they expect the project to be fully completed in two years.
