If much, then submit your entries to Arezzo Place Davao (APD) and win great prizes as they are calling for entries to their company-initiated “Design Your Space” competition.
Arezzo Place Davao Associate Project Marketing officer Krizza Mae Balog said as they are nearing the completion of its first-built tower, Building 3 they thought of giving the public, who has talent in designing, the chance to come with a design and highlight APD’s spacious units.
The “design my space” competition will acknowledge five best entries.
“With this competition, we want to highlight the spacious, generous condo unit of our project. It is much bigger (at over 30 square meters) compared to other developers with only 20-25 square meters in terms of studio-type condo unit,” she said adding that they also want to see what other design possibilities there are.
Emphasizing on the unit’s spacious feature, Balog said, bigger units will enable one to have more creativity and achieve a space that is well-attuned to the personality, interests and lifestyle of the buyers.
Apart from the exciting prizes (cash and gadgets), the five lucky designs, will also have a chance to connect and offer designs to the unit owners.
“It will be a great time for the designers to get and strike a deal with any client present during the culminating activity, somehow it means an instant client/s for them,” she said.

Arezzo Place Davao, a property developed by Phinma Properties located at Dona Pilar Ave, Sasa, has a total of 12 mid-rise condominium buildings with one building allocated as a parking area.
The entire Italian-themed property development project is eyed to be completed by 2019.
The construction of the condo’s Building 4 is already 60 percent complete. Target turn-over date is on July 2017.
While construction of Buildings 1 and 2 already started this year.
Arrezo’s amenities development will start this summer and is expected to end by November this year.
“Right now, what we are selling are the buildings 5 and 6,” Balog said.
With Building 3’s completion rate at 95 percent, its turnover is considered to be a milestone event for Arezzo Place Davao. And with this milestone event, Arezzo Place Davao is closer than ever to giving Filipino Families the ideal condo home that makes room for their future.
