PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Acmad Rizaldy Moti, the deputy chief executive officer (CEO) of Pag-ibig Fund, as the agency’s new officer-in-charge (OIC).

In a memorandum, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said Moti was assigned as the new Pag-Ibig OIC “to ensure uninterrupted delivery of public service.”

Moti replaced former Pag-Ibig president and CEO Darlene Marie Berberabe who stepped down from office last February 28.

Medialdea said the President already accepted Berberabe’s resignation and approved Moti’s appointment.

Moti served as Pag-Ibig’s senior vice president for Information Technology Services Sector from June 2008 to October 2011. He was then appointed as Pag-Ibig CEO in October 2011.

Before entering the government, Moti became vice president of China Trust Commercial Banking Corporation; senior manager of Asia United Bank; and chief operations officer of 25BYB Incorporated. (VoxPop Philippines)
