PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) chief Ronald Dela Rosa said Thursday that the alleged supplier of Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa has already provided vital information on the illegal drug trade in the country.
“Si Lovely [Adam Impal] is becoming ugly [with the drug lords] with her revelations, dahan-dahan naglalabas. Nagiging ugly sa mga drug lords, nagiging lovely siya sa amin,” Dela Rosa said.
“Lumalabas ‘yung information, very valuable information. Nagko-cooperate na,” he added.
Impal was identified by Espinosa as one of his suppliers aside from Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz, who was Cebu’s top drug lord that was killed in a police operation in June.
Espinosa said Impal has a direct connection to the drug lords inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
Impal surrendered to the PNP on Monday after being implicated in the illegal drug operations.
Fearing for her life, Impal remains under the custody of the PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Group in Camp Crame where she is undergoing investigation while charges against her are yet to be filed. (Sunnex)
