A FORMER police officer was arrested by operatives of Mambaling Police Station for illegal drugs possession.
Nabbed in an operation in Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City around 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, was Roel Miego, who yielded two small packs of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride).
Two other persons -- Cosme Jovel and Jake Canico -- were caught with Miego.
The suspects will be charged with possession of illegal drugs, a violation of the Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (KAL/VoxPop Cebu)
