(UPDATED) -- Fire hit a residential area in Sitio Baca, Barangay Apas, Cebu City on Tuesday morning.
Apas village watchman, Glicero Cantero, said they received the fire alarm at 8:32 a.m.
The fire alarm has been raised to level 3.
At 9:30 a.m., the Bureau of Fire Protection has declared the fire under control. (VoxPop Philippines)
