WEEKS after opening its maiden branch, RAMS Travel Agency, then opened its second branch at D’Leonor Hotel in Bajada, July 1.
The main branch located at the airport road was opened last June 10, and by August, they will open a branch in Manila.
The newly opened RAMS Travel Agency stands for the names of Lim siblings.
Namely Robert, Alexander, and Mercedita, whose family owns the home-grown RDL Pharmaceutical Company.
In an interview, during the opening of their second branch, Mercy, one of the co-owners proudly said that their travel agency is working with International Air Transport Association (IATA).
IATA is considered as one of the basic requirements if you will open up a ticketing office.
Added to that, IATA accreditation is the seal of approval recognized worldwide, in which they are committed to working with all travel agencies to improve customer service and choice.
"Medyo mahal kasi kung ikaw talaga ang direkta makig-partner with them, so what we did nag-tap kami ng travel agent sa Manila na IATA certified. So yun, covered namin lahat ng airlines, international or local," says Mercedita in an interview.
Aside from being an IATA certified, RAMS Travel Agency is also an authorized travel agency of the country's flag carrier, Philippine Airlines (PAL) that can cater reservations, promos, etc.
RAMS also dones an online shop that features signature bags, personals and emergency loans and even insurance. It also doubles as cash remittance and payment center.
They also offer tour packages, itinerary planning, passport processing, visa processing, hotel & resort reservation, resort tour package, immigration clearance, travel insurance, accident insurance, CENOMAR, NSO birth and marriage certificate, bank certificate, NBI clearance, car & van rental reservation.
