PERCH offers new exciting dishes that will surely satisfy you without having to sacrifice much.
Among the amazing savory goodies include the Two Way Chicken and Chix, where you can taste chicken side by side, roasted and fried, in a delectable sauce topped with scrambled and fried egg.
Another must-try is their Beef Fried Steak which you can enjoy as you gorged into its crunchy breaded beef which is served with fish fillet.
Among the highly recommended dishes that you must try out are their Fish Fillet Seafood and Vegetable with mayonnaise dip and two fried eggs.
Perch Chef AJ Reyes said that it took him to make such recipes. He said that he intended to open the doors of Perch for those who wanted to eat affordable meals.
“Gusto ko lang makita ng mga tao na Perch is also not that pricey. Ang gusto ko makita nila sa plate ay ang food na mabubusog ka talaga [and is] worth your money talaga, (I want to make people see that Perch is affordable. I want them to see that the servings are worth the price.)” he expressed.
Chef AJ also said that he made it a point to make these dishes easy to prepare.
“Actually, ginawa ko siya na mabilis [i-prepare na] dishes para 'yung mga less lang ang time for lunch can eat for 10 to 15 minutes,” Jojie Tayong, Manager of Perch, invites students and workers to try their new dishes which will be out for their lunch menu on November 2.
“The price runs from P99 to 150 so students and office workers can come here,” Tayong said.
She said that the Perch classics like the Gambas, Truffsilog, Longcheelog, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Bacan Carbonara Pizza are still very much available for the customers to enjoy at the price ranging from 150 and above.
