CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Officials of the Jose B. Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital (JBLRMH), along with provincial and city officials, led the groundbreaking ceremonies for the new seven-story building.
The new building will serve as the outpatient department of the said hospital. The time-capsule was formally laid inside the hospital compound where the new building will soon rise.
The new building is expected to better improve the facilities and services offered by the hospital. This is also in response to the growing need for more building facilities for the hospital due to the large number of patients it attends to.
The JBLRMH is a Level III tertiary, teaching and training hospital that caters to the people of Central Luzon with the people of Pampanga as its primary catchment area and the nearby provinces of Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Tarlac, Zambales, and Aurora as its secondary catchment areas.
The hospital officials also led the soft opening of its new paediatrics and medical wards buildings. The event was led by Department of Health Regional Director Leonita Gorgolon, Secretary Paulyn Jean Rosell Ubial and other government officials.
