JOSHUA Garcia sure knows how to make a sick girl smile.
The young actor made a sweet gesture by sending a handwritten letter to his leading lady Julia Barretto while the latter was confined in the hospital.
Barretto shared a photo of the letter she received with the message which reads, "I request you to spare the bacteria and stop attracting them to your beautiful body (Your place is not in the hospital. Your company isn't meant for nurses, it is for my soul. You don't deserve strong doses of medicine, you deserve my love."
Garcia admitted that he got a part of the message online but it sums up what he feels.
As for Barretto, the actress seemed to appreciate the actor's move.
"You sure do know how to make a sick girl's bad day a good one," she wrote.
Barretto and Garcia are currently filming their upcoming movie produced by Star Cinema and under the direction of Antonette Jadaone.
The two first worked together in the hit 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival romantic comedy movie "Vince & Kath & James". (VoxPop Philippines)
