CLOSE to P1.5 million worth of goods were razed in fire on Wednesday morning, June 21, at Legarda Road, Baguio City.
In a police report, the fire transpired at 4 a.m. of Wednesday inside Bangtan Restaurant owned by Korean My Ung Lee.
According to initial investigation, security guard Romeo Gile Cawayan at Seoul Shopping Center just beside the establishment heard a blast inside the restaurant and fire started to spread. A minute later, Helen Lee went out from the shopping center and told Cawayan to call 911.
Personnel from the Baguio City Fire Station responded and declared fire out at 5:05 a.m.
Probers have yet to determine the cause of fire as Wednesday evening.
