IT SEEMS all signs point to Kris Aquino's television comeback via the Kapuso channel.
On Wednesday evening, the Queen of All Media wrote in an Instagram post that she's finally starting something new very soon.
She also disclosed that her taping starts this Friday, March 3.
"I waited nearly a year, but FINALLY starting something NEW and celebrating with FAITH that my journey is taking me back to where I belong," Aquino said.
The television host added that she missed her supporters and her job on television.
Netizens were quick to speculate that Aquino is returning to GMA-7, where she first started her career in show business, after echoing the network's former tagline "where you belong."
Aquino failed to reveal any details about her upcoming "show."
But in a previous interview, APT boss Tony Tuviera said that their team is still thinking of a new concept that would fit for the television host.
Tuviera said they don't want to give Aquino something she's done before.
"Kung ibinalik mo siya sa the same thing that's showing before, ang hirap naman. Siguro iba naman," he said.
If her return this year finally pushes through, Aquino will be seen on TV after more than a year of television hiatus.
She was last seen in ABS-CBN, where she ended her ties last year after more than 20 years of partnership with the network. (VoxPop Philippines)
