Kris, Bimby meet James’ new son

BIMBY has finally met his two-month old half brother, Michael James.

Television host Kris Aquino surprised her Instagram followers on Saturday evening when she posted a photo with nine-year-old Bimby and Michela Cazzola, the Italian partner of her ex-husband, James Yap.

According to Aquino, she reached out to Yap because their son is finally ready to meet his two-month old baby brother.

"I prayed a lot for this day to arrive when we'd all be ready, because I just want what is best for my bunso," she wrote.

Aquino thanked Yap and Cazzola for graciously welcoming them to their home. She said the latter even went out of her way to prepare Bimby's favorite pasta and Italian chocolate Pie.

The television host also came to the conclusion that there's no perfect formula for mothering their children except by making them feel loved.

"I am grateful that today we gave our sons the opportunity to meet & hopefully have genuine bonding as brothers... Because in the end, the good men we are able to raise will be products of our guidance & unconditional love as mothers."

The private meeting came after Aquino revealed in a previous interview that Bimby knew of his younger brother's birth through Facebook.

She expressed her disappointment after Yap failed to personally inform Bimby of MJ's birth.

"I am not disparaging them because that was their choice. I want them also to be happy and peaceful because when there's peace and happiness in the other side, there's peace and happiness in your home. Nasaktan ako kasi my son deserved to find out. Sana diniretso sa kanya," she said.

But it seems things are okay now between both camps.

Italian Cazolla also posted a photo with Bimby and a flower arrangement sent by Aquino.
