In a train ride from St. Petersburg to Moscow in Russia back in July, the three took photos with the newborn twins Princess Charlotte and Prince Charles.
He happily posed with Olesia, his surrogate, and Lilia, the biological mother of his newborn babies.
Cruz welcomed Charlotte and Charles last May 24 via In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) through the same Russian surrogate and biological mother of his first two twins.
