DESIGNER Rhett Eala gave netizens a glimpse on the evening gown Miss Philippines Maxine Medina will wear at the preliminary show Thursday evening, January 26, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
In a short video, Eala debuted a emerald green gown.
"Secret's out! Fringe kung fringe!!!! Her evening gown in motion," the designer wrote.
Medina and 85 other entrants will face the Manila crowd and the panel of judges for the preliminary show to be followed by National Costume presentation.
