MABALACAT CITY -- Hundreds of residents in at least two villages here benefitted from a recent medical mission sponsored by Hotel Sogo Dau.

Elmer Ramos, Hotel Sogo Dau branch manager, said that doctors who were tapped by the hotel management provided free medical examinations to the beneficiaries.

“Hotel Sogo Dau has once again showed its big heart to Pampangenos when we launched the medical mission dubbed “Doctors on Wheels”, Ramos said.

“Purok Filipiniana in Barangay Dau and Barangay Camachiles are the lucky recipient of the program,” he added.

Filipiniana Purok chairman and Camachiles village chief Jessie Duran thanked the hotel management for bringing in their respective villages its Doctors on Wheels project.

Hotel Sogo also distributed free medicines to the residents in the two villages.

“We gave the patients free multivitamins and medicines for hypertension, diabetes, flu, and others. I’m happy that the company has once again able to give back something to the community,” Ramos said.
