A 25-YEAR-OLD man was arrested after making a bomb joke at Cebu South Bus Terminal in Cebu City, on Tuesday morning, January 17.
Police said Joel Guillena, during a security check-up at the terminal, declared that his bag contains five kilos of bomb.
Guillena, a resident of Miputak, Dipolog City, said: "Joker gayud ko sa amoa sir, sa among grupo akoy joker kaayo."
Last November 2016, the Police Regional Office-Central Visayas urged the public to refrain from scaring the public by spreading false bomb threats after series of bomb jokes in Cebu.
