A UNIDENTIFIED man drowned in the seawaters off Barangay Tambongon, San Remigio, Cebu, around 5:20 a.m. Sunday, August 6.
The man, believed to be in his 60s, was found wearing a pair of black shorts. He had no shirt on.
The man is five feet and four inches tall.
Responding police officers brought the man to Cebu Provincial Hospital in Bogo City, where he was declared dead.
