FORMER Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bicol Director Emerson Margate has been appointed as the director of PDEA-Central Visayas.
Lawyer Ana Lynn Hernandez-Nob, the PDEA-Central Visayas officer-in-charge (OIC), confirmed the news to reporters on Friday, October 13.
Hernandez-Nob was tasked to be the OIC of PDEA-Central Visayas, after then PDEA-Central Visayas Director Yogi Filemon Ruiz was appointed to head the enforcement and security service chief of the Bureau of Customs last September 4.
Margate will be serving as a regular PDEA-Central Visayas director, not in an acting capacity. (KAL/VoxPop Cebu)
