Mazda Oro launches new model CX-3

MAZDA Cagayan de Oro has officially launched its newest model, Mazda CX-3

Skyactiv on Friday, December 2.

Officials said this new member of the Skyactiv family is a subcompact crossover which is fuel efficient, agile, and flexible enough to take on even the roughest road.

“The commitment of the management and the product - the product is very good. So, the product is very good, the company people are very good,” Steven Tan, the president and chief executive officer of Mazda Philippines, said in an interview.

Mazda Cagayan de Oro presented its campaign to media and bank partners, insurance companies and clients during the Mazda Partners Night. Mazda noted that it has obtained successful ventures as an exclusive distributor of car brands and an authorized dealer of globally-renowned car brands.

Starting off with the three-wheeler truck production in 1929, Mazda has transformed into Skyactiv engines and technologies. This transformation gives customers extraordinary levels of performance and outstanding economy.

The company’s solid commitment is to make Mazda cars the most fuel-efficient in the world.

Tan said there are zero complaint from Cagayan de Oro and Davao as of 2016.

“When the customer is happy, the customer will always come back,” Tan added.

With Mazda’s philosophy: “we solve things in our way; we never give up and always strive for the outstanding”, the company houses many exhibits from its 90-year history.

In 2014 up to 2016, the company has been awarded as the highest fuel efficiency and in customer satisfaction and the best car manufacturer.

Rosie Baguio, Mazda Cagayan de Oro branch manager, said the most saleable product they have in the city are the pick-up type cars.

“Service. We are the number one in customer service,” Baguio said, noting on the company’s biggest strength.

Baguio also said that despite the mobility systems that has gained prominence, the soul of Mazda cars still endure until the very end.

The company is anticipated to launch new models in the next two years.

“Daghan man gud ta og variance. Mazda 2, Mazda 3, Hunchback, Sedan, Mazda CX-5 and CX-3. Kani tanan nga variance is fuel-efficient gyud ni siya (There is a lot of variance. These variances are all fuel-efficient),” said Baguio.

Baguio also added that the company’s advantage is their Yojin 3 Total Care. All Mazda vehicles come fully loaded with this. The Yojin 3 Total Care is a value-added package that comes with the brand new vehicle.

The objective is to enhance Mazda ownership experience with no added cost at all. It offers a free 3-Year Periodic Maintenance Service – free parts and labor for every scheduled service, free three-year Warranty – new vehicle limited warranty: Bumper-to-Bumper coverage.

Yojin is the Japanese term for care. This is the first of its kind in the Philippine Automotive Industry.

In 2017, Mazda Philippines will soon open offices and branches in General Santos and Butuan.
