For the benefit of Operation Smile, Linda Farrow Philippines, together with Dame Mariquita Salimbangon-Yeung, invited guests to a preview of Linda Farrow’s AW16 collection, which was recently held at The Pig and Palm, MSY Tower, Pescadores Road, Cebu Business Park in Cebu City.
A huge display of the Linda Farrow exclusive pieces were ever so tempting! Big discounts were given as well to guests present at the three-hour event. Cocktails were served.
The Pig and Palm served bites from the restaurants’ specialities like chicken karaage with sriracha mayonnaise, jamon and cheese croquettes and kinilaw of shrimp with calamansi, pickled papaya, chilli and coconut.
This brand of luxury eyewear was established in 1970 and rose quickly to acclaim for Linda Farrow, who was originally a fashion designer herself, was one of the first ever to treat sunglasses as a fashion statement having her finger always on the pulse of the times. She pioneered many of the shapes and styles that remain au courant today, for Farrow herself was a tireless experimenter.
