BOLLYWOOD superstar Aishwarya Rai stole the show at the 70th Cannes International Film Festival in France.
The Indian beauty channeled her inner princess when she donned a Cinderella-esque powder blue gown created by Filipino fashion designer Michael Cinco.
Rai, a former beauty queen, was in the south of France for the world premiere of the movie "Okja".
"The stunning Aishwarya Rai is ready to slay the red carpet at the opening of Cannes Film Festival," Cinco wrote.
The blue off-the-shoulder couture ball gown with beads and hand-sewn silver lace was part of Cinco's Versailles collection.
He added that Rai looks like a "fairytale princess" wearing his creation.
Cinco, who hails from Cebu, is currently based in Dubai. His collections were worn by Hollywood stars and local showbiz personalities. Among his clients are Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, Tyra Banks, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Dita Von Teese.
His couture house was established in 2013 and he has already showcased his creations at the Paris Fashion Week. (VoxPop Philippines)
