DIRECTOR Brillante Mendoza caught again the attention of netizens with his directorial job during President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Monday, July 24.
The award-winning director, who was chosen to helm the camera works during Duterte's second Sona, was picked again by netizens, this time, for his tight and “pore” shots.
But some social media users said Mendoza’s camera works successfully distracted them from the two-hour long Sona of Duterte.
The director was first tapped by Malacanang to direct Duterte's Sona in 2016.
Mendoza is behind critically acclaimed films such as “Thy Womb,” “Serbis,” and “Ma Rosa”. (VoxPop Philippines)
