MANUEL Nierra II secured a spot in the monthly finals after winning the Datba weekly qualifying tournament held Tuesday evening at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center.
Nierra toppled 852 pinfalls after four games in the event organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association.
He outshined NCCC Mall B3 ambassadress Tessa Dianne Galendez and Crystal Chavez who placed second and third, respectively.
Galendez amassed 823 while Chavez scored 814.
Nierra pocketed P700 while the next two placers went home with P400 and P300.
