PALARONG Pambansa 2017 standout Jamie Hannah Agaloos of Bacolod City will compete in the 2nd Asian Cadet Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this coming June 6 to 8.
Agaloos, 12, captured the gold medals in both kyorugi and individual poomsae, and the silver in poomsae team event for the Negros Island Region during the Palaro held in Antique last month.
The incoming 7th Grader at Tangub Christian Academy Inc., who trains under the Negros Taekwondo Union Tigers in Bacolod, will undergo training with the Philippine team on May 17 to June 3 at the Philippine Taekwondo Central Gym in Malate, Manila in preparation for the Asian tournament. (PR)
