THE Office of the Executive Judge of the Davao City 11th judicial region has ordered to dispose all pending cases in all courts Friday, October 28.
With the enhanced justice on wheels (E-Jow), all inventoried cases of prisoner and calendared cases for promulgation are set to be decided for the acquittal or the release of the accused.
The E-Jow also includes the cases of those prisoners whose time of imprisonment have exceeded their supposed penalty.
All the courts have already finalized their court calendars for Friday as it was required to be submitted to the court administrator of the Supreme Court last October 25.
The E-Jow aims to declog cases in courts and also to decongest the prisons located within Davao.
The E-Jow was earlier set on November 17.
