A CELLULAR phone and drug paraphernalia were recovered during the greyhound operation at the Talisay City Jail on Wednesday night, September 20.
Despite finding tin foils for sniffing "shabu" (methamphetamine hydrochloride), no illegal drugs were found by the operatives, said Talisay City Jail warden Superintendent Gil Inopia.
Inopia said they conducted the greyhound in response to reports that his jail was being used as a delivery point in the illegal drug trade. (JKV)
