A PRICE hike for the petroleum products and a rollback of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) was noted in this month, said Nilo Geroche, chief of the Energy Industry Management Division of Department of Energy (DOE).
The three major oil companies, Petron, Shell and Caltex, have increased in their petroleum products on Tuesday, July 11. For Premium it increased by P0.70 per liter (L), diesel at P1.20/L, and kerosene P0.90/L.
As of Wednesday, July 12, Petron Premium is P34.20/L, Diesel is P31.25/L, and kerosene is at P36.86/L; Shell Premium is at P34.69/L and diesel P31.25/L; and Caltex Premium it is at P34.70/L and diesel at P31.25/L.
Based on the latest LPG price monitoring of the energy department, the price of LPG remain stable as of this week. For the three major LPG companies, Solane is at P671; Gasul is at P640; and Petronas at P659.
