THE men and women of the Police Regional Office (PRO)-Zamboanga Peninsula have been encouraged to internalize and put into action the theme of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Ethics Day.
The call was made by Civil Service Commission (CSC) OIC-Regional Director Alvin Araneta, who graced the 24th PNP Ethics Days as the guest of honor and speaker at the PRO-Zamboanga Peninsula headquarters.
The 24th PNP Ethics Days is anchored on the theme “Serbisyong Tapat at Makatotohanan para sa Pagbabago ng Bayan.”
Araneta urged the PRO-Zamboanga Peninsula personnel to religiously adhere to the ethical doctrine of the organization and put emphasis on the true meaning of public service.
He said as a public servant, they should exercise their solemn duty to give the people the best possible service and serve the people with utmost dedication with honesty and loyalty.
The PNP Ethics Day is an annual celebration to constantly remind and reinforce the adherence of PNP personnel on the ethical doctrine which contains the moral values, discipline, professional and morally upright policemen.
