THE resolution for the murder and frustrated murder charges filed against the alleged perpetrators of the Roxas Night Market blast is set to be released in the coming days.
Davao City Prosecutor's Office Spokesperson Prosecutor Jay Karel Sanchez released the statement in a media interview Tuesday, November 29.
She previously said that additional respondents, Mohammad Lalaog Chenikandiyil, Jackson Mangulamas Usi, Zack Villanueva Lopez, Ansan Abdullah Mamasapano, and nine unnamed respondents of the case were issued subpoenas for the frustrated murder and murder raps filed against them.
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) included these respondents to the long list of respondents in the Roxas night market blast, which killed 15 and wounded 68 others, last October 29, in their supplemental affidavit.
Three of the respondents TJ Magadaya Makabalang, Wendell Apostol Facturan, and Musali Mustapha who were presented to Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana last October 7, were also given subpoenas.
Before that, the CIDG last September 15, already filed charges against one identified suspect, five John Does, and three Jane Doe.
The four-man panel created to resolve the case earlier promised they will resolve the case within a month, but it was extended because of the supplemental affidavits filed by CIDG.
