Restos to revisit this month

Published on

MARCH is here! And nothing beats welcoming this month with good food to fill your tummies.

For this column, here are some local food places in the city that you might want to revisit this month as they have certainly upgraded their restos.

Confex & Co Bakehouse

Now in its bigger and better location at The Site in E. Jacinto Street Extension, you can now enjoy their freak shakes minus the long lines. Other than their freak shakes and cake selections they now also serve hot and iced coffee which is a perfect pair for all their sweet treats.

I went there with my friends one Friday night (quite paranoid that the place might be packed) but everything went well and they finally had their first freak shakes.

Loving the vibe of their new place, the interiors, the ceiling; Confex is definitely now on my “places to chill” list.

Classio Mobile Wood Fired Oven Pizza

Still located along, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Classio had upped their game by having a resto building which means more dining space for the family and friends.

Their mobile wood-fired oven also now comfortably chills inside ready to cook your favorite Italian pie.

I spent Valentine's Day 2017 at Classio together with my VoxPop Davao friends; their freshly baked warm pizza was really perfect for the cold breeze that night.

If you haven’t check out these places already, I highly recommend that you do! If you have, then it’s time to refill in your tummies!
