San Simon’s top 10 most wanted person falls

SAN SIMON -- The top ten most wanted suspect in this town was arrested Wednesday, August 16, during a manhunt operation conducted by Philippine National Police personnel here.

Chief Inspector German Pascua, this town’s chief of police, said that suspect Erwin Toledo, was arrested by virtue of multiple Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Maria Josephine Rosario-Mercado and Judge Lupina Alpez-Dayaon of the Macabebe Regional Trial Court.

Pascua said that Toledo is facing 17 cases of theft and falsification of commercial documents which has a fixed bail of P40,000 each.

Aside from the said chargers, Pascua said Toledo’s victims continue to come to the station to testify on the alleged illegal activities of the suspect.

He stressed that the suspect will remain under the custody of San Simon police until ordered by the court.
