CELEBRITY couple Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez are officially engaged.
The two made the announcement in the premiere episode of their family reality show "It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez" which aired Monday evening, July 31, on E!
Gutierrez revealed that he asked for Lahbati's hand in marriage during their vacation early this year in Zermatt, Switzerland.
"I love you and I can't wait to start this new chapter of our lives together," wrote the actor in their first public engagement photo together.
Lahbati, on her part, said that the stars aligned in the universe for their union to happen.
She also called Gutierrez her "best friend".
Gutierrez and Lahbati met in 2012 while doing television series "Makapiling Kang Muli" on GMA Network.
The actress/host got pregnant that same year and gave birth April of 2013.
The two are now proud parents to their only son, Zion.
