THE Supreme Court Office of the Court Administrator (SC-OCA) has directed all executive judges in Surigao to submit a report disclosing the damages in their respective courts brought by the 6.7-magnitude quake last Saturday, February 11.
According to OCA Director Jose Midas Marquez, submitted reports will let the SC determine the extent of the damages in the courts and will also be able to help them assist court personnel in their needs.
The lower court judges were also asked to submit a report disclosing the members of the judiciary that were injured, if any.
On Saturday, February 12, a 6.7-magnitude earthquake had hit Surigao. It has left eight dead and more than 200 injured. (VoxPop Philippines)
