A MEMBER of the Civil Security Unit under the Davao City Mayor's Office was arrested in a drug bust Monday afternoon, November 14.
Chief Inspector Milgrace Cajes Driz, Buhangin Police Station chief identified the suspect as Edwin Estrelloso Tobalado, 49, married, a civil security unit job order employee and resident of Purok 8, Kilometro 8, Barangay Tigatto, Buhangin District, Davao City.
Tobalado sold suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” to a poseur buyer beside the Pilar Rodriguez Elementary School in Barangay Tigatto.
The P500 marked money was taken from him during his arrest.
