PROPERTY developer St. Rafael Development Corp. (SRDC) has unveiled its plan to start selling Providence Negros Cluster 1 this year, along with its other project in Iloilo.

In Negros Occidental, SRDC said it is also set to start the development of Cluster 2 to 6 of Providence Negros as well as of Palisades 2 in Bacolod City, all next year.

In Iloilo, the firm is currently constructing the model units and getting ready for occupancy units in its Providence property there.

This is on top of its plan to develop Palisades in the said city also next year.

“We now have an ongoing rehabilitation programs, which covers all water system and facilities, being implemented for Providence Iloilo in preparation for the launch and selling activities," its chief operating officer Norberto de Ocampo Jr. said in a press statement.

The management will also go into land banking for future projects in the cities of Iloilo and Bacolod, he added.

Moreover, SRDC said these projects are just some of the initial developments brought by the strategic partnerships and joint ventures it has entered with Ferti-Acres Inc. and East Tropics Land Developer Inc.

De Ocampo said these collaborations will help keep SRDC on track to fulfilling its commitments while opening up opportunities for further growth and expansion.

“With these strategic partnerships, we are confident that our new partners will help bring in more stability and quality to our joint developments,” he added. (EPN)
