A GRADUATE from Saint Theresa's College-Cebu got the second highest score in the July 2017 Social Worker Licensure Examination released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, August 2.
Apple Mae Opit achieved a score of 85.60 percent in the exam.
Paramisuli Aming of Mindanao State University-Marawi City ranked first with a score of 86 percent while Aleah Joy Tañaquin of the University of the Philippines-Diliman landed on the third spot with 84.80 percent.
Meanwhile, Leyte Normal University ranked first in the top performing schools with 100 percent passing score and 67 examinees.
Bicol University-Daraga Campus and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila landed on the second and third spot, respectively.
PRC announced that 3,951 out of 5,997 passed the examination given by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. (VoxPop Philippines)
