A LOCAL prime food business from Ozamiz City joins as a local partner of Dine Philippines 2016, the country’s longest running food and hospitality industry caravan, which invaded Davao City on October 4.
Johann’s Cuisine from Ozamiz City is one of the prime food businesses in Ozamiz City that serves grilled and local dishes.
Johann Dagandara, owner and manager of Johann’s Cuisine, said they want to let the people, especially Davaoeños, to taste what Ozamiz City could offer.
"For this year's food tourism caravan, Johann aims to delight the people by showcasing the beauty of a local fish found only in Ozamiz called Laya and the different ways of doing Kinilaw with Biasong and Tabon-tabon as two of the ingredients," Dagandara said.
Johann's Cuisine, located along Aguana St. in Ozamiz City, is a quaint food place but one busy hive despite its size. Known for its grilled dishes, people come in for quick orders and good food. They also offer food catering services where people get to enjoy their offerings all year round.
"Come and visit us at the Dine Philippines caravan and experience food in gastronomic proportions and tourism in a plate. Or when in Ozamiz City, drop by at Johann's Cuisine along Lam-An Highway," he said.
With this year’s theme “Think Big,” Dine Philippines aims to gather food entrepreneurs from all over the country to introduce local flavors to tourists.
