DANNY Usman barged into the monthly finals after topping the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba) weekly qualifying bowling tournament held at the NCCC Mall B3 Center Lanes Saturday, May 6.
Usman, who struck for a total of 838 pinfalls after four games, bested lawyer Rodrigo Tongo and Yule Tanlimco who placed second and third, respectively.
Tongo rolled 761 pins while Tanlimco scored 758.
Usman, meanwhile, received P1,000 while the next two placers pocketed P600 and P400. (ABM)
