Valley revenue code violators busted

BUSINESS owners in La Trinidad are being warned by the local government to promptly secure the necessary documents before engaging and operating in any business in the municipality.

Various business owners were arrested in Benguet’s capital town after violating Sec. 4A of Municipal Ordinance No. 12-2005 otherwise known as 2005 La Trinidad Revised Revenue Code (operating business without permit.

On November 27, La Trindad police arrested Joan Banglig Ticuala, 30 years old, married, native of Bakun, Benguet and resident at 453 UP Cypress, Irisan, Baguio City was arrested at the Farmers Center in Puguis.

In Central Beckel, Madeline Dapis Gambong, 42 years old, married, from Beckel, La Trinidad was also arrested together with Jane Awisen Baradi, 47 years old, married, native and resident of Balili.

The three individuals are now under the custody of the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station with recommended bail of P1,000 each.
