THE National Grid Corporation of the Philippines has issued a red alert warning for the Visayas grid due to a generation deficiency for the evening peak on Saturday, September 2.
The Visayan Electric Company (Veco) may implement a one-hour rotational brownout from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Metro Cebu.
