Coaches and trainers have their own way or technique which caters to the needs of their athletes, but even with this in mind, there are complications that clouds training and strategies.

Similarities may be seen but a bigger percentage of difference is more evident, while certain methods are proven to be effective.
In reality, training methods, either successful or not are just guides to be studied carefully with the consideration and understanding of the athlete and his needs in order to know and come up with an effective method of teaching or training of your own which could really help your athlete.
While training methods of teaching and training evolve, so is the specific needs of specific athletes with many considerations which could affect their growth and development, knowing and understanding all of these increases effectiveness and safety.
