THE Washington Wizards bounce back a big loss to the Utah Jazz the other night by defeating the Portland Trailblazers, 106-92.
Bradely Beal had the hot hands in the game as he shot 56.8 percent from the field making 21 out of his 37 shots throughout giving him a career-high 51 points.
The Wizards controlled the game the whole time leading as many as 23 points despite Portland's Damian Lillard having a near triple double game with 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 9 assists.
The Wizards were brilliant in taking care of the ball only having 10 turnovers the entire game and stepping it up in the defenseive end allowing the Trailblazers to have 19 turnovers.
The second half was big for the Wizards as they were able to hold the Trailblazers to just 15 points by the end of the third quarter. Bradley Beal scored 19 points in that quarter alone.
The Trailblazers never got the lead back and loss their 11th game at the final buzzer with the score 106-92, thus handing the Wizards their 13th win of the season.
Bradley Beal was excellent from the three-point line making 5 three-pointers.
Kelly Oubre Jr. helped Beal in the scoring with his 14 points and contributed in the defensive end by his 5 steals.
For Portland, Al farouq Aminu contributed 17 points with his 5 three pointers and Jusuf Nurkic had 15 points alongsiode his 9 rebounds in helping Damian Lillard with the scoring for the Trailblazers. (USC AB Communications Intern Frankl Glarino/VoxPop Philippines)
