THE Angeles City Government recorded on Tuesday, August 10, four new fatalities from coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
The patients who recently died of the disease are from Barangays Balibago, Margot, Capaya and Anunas.
The local government unit (LGU) also reported 20 new active cases, bringing the total number of active cases to 648 as of August 10, 2021.
Some 55 patients had recently recovered from the disease, based on the LGU's August 10 update.
Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. ordered the barangay and house-to-house inoculation dubbed Ronda Bakuna sa Barangay.
Some 1,036 residents in Barangay Virgen Delos Remedios were vaccinated Wednesday, August 11.
A mobile cliniC with doctors and medical personnel was dispatched in the area for the inoculation.
Lazatin, together with other city officials, personally supervised the activity.
