CITY OF SAN FERNANDO The establishment of Philippine Heart Center (PHC) Annex in Clark Freeport will benefit more Filipinos.
Thus said Governor Dennis Pineda who welcomed the flagship project pushed by President Ferdinand "Bong Bong" Marcos Jr. in the province.
Marcos issued Executive Order (EO) No. 19 which ordered the establishment of the specialized health facility inside the reeport.
Based on the EO, PHC Clark will primarily render specialized medical services for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Pineda said the soon-to-open PHC Clark will provide better healthcare services not only to Kapampangans but also to every Filipino.
He said the placement of PHC at Clark Freeport is strategic since it is near the Clark International Airport and is connected through various transport systems.
"Mas marami pong kababayan natin ang makapagpagamot gamit ang Clark International Airport at mga kalsada sa Luzon," Pineda said.
